Vintage Pakula Abstract Modernist Leaf Brooch Pin (Signed, Gold Tone, 1980s)

This large well-made 1980s gold-tone leaf brooch is from the vintage Pakula Jewelry Company (founded in Chicago in 1932 and active until 1997). The large statement pin has great modernist style, and a balanced abstract form with lots of texture. The brushed finish adds depth and texture, and the slight asymmetry adds a naturalistic aspect. Measurements: 1½ x 2½ inches Condition: Very good vintage condition. There is some wear to the finish consistent with age and use, however it doesn’t interfere with the overall effect.
