Vintage Palace enamel baroque gem brooch with pearl tassels & rhinestone gems. The 3rd pic has the measurements & materials. The last pic is packaged & in my hand. I took the pic with the flash & it appears to have some blue rhinestones as well. Lots of goldtone and classic latch pin on the back. Brand new and packaged.
