Vintage Palmer Ribbon Hat Size Small Ladies Tan Cloche With Bow

Stylish vintage SIZE SMALL bucket hat/cloche made entirely of stitched together grosgrain ribbon. with a wide same-color grosgrain ribbon band and bow, light tan or dark beige per the eye of the beholder. Label inside says "Palmer Hats, Fifth Avenue New York". See images for measurements. Hat is not stretchy at all, is quite floppy and can be styled various ways. Condition structurally excellent, has light soil/stain on interior sweat band (see last 2 photos for documentation) - possibly could be cleaned but as a hat ignoramus I did not dare to try. No stains or marks on outside of hat. I took a lot of photos to show condition.
