Vintage Pandora Costume Maker girls plaid wool skirt in great condition. Pleated all the way around, secures with a button, not the buckles. Not adjustable. So cute! My daughter is a tall 8 year old and this does not fit her anymore. It fit when she was 7. Size on skirt says 9. So depends on your child.
