Vintage Panhandle Slim Button Down Shirt S

Vintage Panhandle Slim Button Down shirt Red with black designs on it I believe it’s cotton but is missing the tag that shows what it is made out of. Made in the USA Not sure if this is a Men’s or Women’s shirt ( see measurements) 27” From top of shoulder to bottom front 21 1/2 “ sleeve From shoulder to end of sleeve 20 1/2” from armpit to armpit on the frontside 27” from bottom of collar to back bottom of shirt It has the extra flap of material on the front which I believe is called a bib.
