Vintage Panhandle Slim Striped Sleeveless Blouse

Vintage top from western wear brand Panhandle Slim in ok condition. V design on the neckline and a zipper down the back. No size, so please refer to measurements but seems like a M/L. It flares out slightly and is pretty stretchy. There's no material tag but it feels like polyester. I couldn't find this tag among the many panhandle slim pics online. I'm guessing 70s, maybe 60s just based on the style? Let me know if you have any idea! This has definitely been through it! There is some pilling and pulled fabric on the lower back. It's more significant on the front right shoulder. The hem is a bit uneven. Some loose stitching in several locations.
