Vintage Panther crest wool jacket blazer

Vintage 80s Panther wool cream jacket with gold buttons and embroidered crest on pocket. Fits 8-10. I'm a 10 and it almost fits perfectly, but leans toward an 8. There is a faint yellow spot under collar at midline. Also present at back inside collar, I put bleach on both sides- not noticeable being faint and in hidden areas- see pics.
