Vintage Papell Boutique Evening beaded blouse

Blogs is in excellent vintage condition. There are a few small beads missing on the left arm and a couple of other spots, and what looks like a professional repair to some of the chiffon but I had to look very closely to see it. It is vintage and runs very small, I would say this is more like a modern medium or small petite.
