Vintage Papell Boutique Evening dress

Vintage off white/cream beaded Papell Boutique Evening dress. It's a size vintage 12, which I think would probably fit about a size 8 today. Bead work is silver, gold and clear with silver threads in the middle of the flowers. There are no stains, rips, tears or other flaws. There are shoulder pads on both shoulders. Measurements are: °Under arm seam to seam- 20 inches °Top of the shoulder seam to bottom of dress - 51 inches
