Vintage Paranda butterfly dress

Such a dreamy little frock! In good used condition but please see all photos a note that there are some small snags here and there due to the silky, polyester fabric. There is a handsewn purple/red thread running along the length of the right side of one arm wing/flap that is unraveled at least half of the way that I haven’t removed it and it is still hanging on that could stand to be restitched by a better seamstress. The other side’s stitching is also a home job, but has black thread and still looks intact Cannot read a size anywhere on the tag so please refer to these measurements and modeling photo for fit.
