Vintage Paris pale yellow Tweed short sleeve

Vintage pale yellow/butter coat Very Chanel style short sleeve with fringe and two small front pockets bought while I was visiting my daughter in Paris no tags but very well made, approx size 12, has a beautiful flower lining. Mimics tweed look? But I am not sure the fabric... it's a cotton mix, textured fabric.
