Vintage Parker Eagle Brand Cutlery belt buckle

This vintage Parker Eagle brand Cutlery belt buckle is from 1979. I bought this years ago. Never used. Shows signs of normal tarnishing. I have never tried to clean it. It will probably shine up to new but some people had rather buy a piece like this in its natural form. Measures 2" x 3 1/2". Will fit a belt up to 1 3/4".
