Vintage Party Dress XS

Absolutely adorable vintage tea length party dress! Double-lined. Green houndstooth print. Satin tie at back. There is no label or size tag and may very well be hand made. I would estimate that this is the equivalent to a women’s size 0 or XXS. The bodice is pretty petite. It could also be juniors. Measurements are as follows, lying flat: -bodice across 14” -Shoulder to waist 15” Waist 13” Skirt length 27.5” I hate to part with this but it does not fit me. Would make a cute party dress for the holidays!
