Gorgeous sweet pastel bubblegum pink blouse with huge statement shoulder pads, oversized lace collar with crochet lace trim, voluminous pleated front, bottom tie at waist, sheer sleeves, back keyhole with pearl button. Super pretty vintage JC Penney tag and lace hang straps. 1 spot on each sleeve as shown in photos. No other stains and no holes or tears. The bottom point of the collar has some light fraying as shown in photo; I did trim 2 little pieces of it that were unraveling and unsightly.
