Vintage Patio Set

OOAK cotton patio set, top + skirt from the 1950s. This is the real deal with full circle flounced skirt, ric rac trim and matching v-neck top. This one was handmade by someone with an eye for details. The fabric is cotton without any stretch. The powder blue print of roses and lace contrasts nicely with the metallic silver ric rac. It's just a stunning combination with this set. The blouse is fitted with darts and a side zipper. It has a v-neck on front and back with slight sleeves. The skirt has a stiff waistband with ric rac detail and center back zipper. Both zippers are metal and original. They work great, without any sticking. Both the top and skirt are unlined. Measurements: Top: 17 1/4" armpit/pit 15 3/4" waist 17" length Skirt: 13" waist free hips 28" length Condition is as found but overall excellent for its age. There are several pin dot spots on blouse, (see photos) & slight color transfer stains near zipper on the skirt, which looks like a very faint pink/red. I haven't washed this set but that might get this stain out. It isn't noticeable except upon very close inspection. There aren't any other issues like odors or holes. The print is vibrant and crisp. All of the metallic ric rac is in tact. The fabric is cotton so no stretch so be mindful of the measurements for a good fit. Please ask all questions before purchasing. It has lots of life left in it for the right glamour gal!
