Vintage Patricia Underwood fur Felt hat fedora high Crown Runway Black

In very good vintage condition, I don’t see anything to point the brim inside measures 24 inches around which is a big size and the crown is high. It’s an oversized crown style I’m not sure if maybe wear this over a high hairstyle or how it would be worn.
