Vintage 90s patriotic or Fourth of July short-sleeve button down by Victoria James Woman. Striped blue and white with denim collar and embroidered design on front. Back is longer. Excellent used condition. Labeled 18W but runs smaller, more like a 16 or 16W. Smoke-free and pet-free home.
