Vintage Paul Sebastian Mantle Clock

1993 Paul Sebastian PS Limited Edition Porcelain Ceramic Quartz Clock Floral. 8 1/4" tall x 5 1/4" x 31/4". In good condition. Roman numerals on clock face. Gold trim around clock face does come off but only when you purposely remove it. Clock hands do not seem to be functional. Purely decoration.
