Vintage Pavé Beverly Hills and New York Black Tulip hem evening dress size 10

Dress is in good condition. Tag says size 10, but please double check measurements provided. It is solid black with beautiful black sequin and beaded details, all are intact. Underneath the detailed part of the dress is semi sheer fabric. Dress has light shoulder pads stitched in, but can easily be removed if desired. Bottom front of the dress has a beautiful tulip hem. Dress has no stretch so again, please check measurements. Closure is a back zipper and 2 hook and eyes. Dress has black lining, but the end of the lining underneath has gradually faded to a dark brown. This can't be seen when worn. I do not see a materials tag in the dress. 55 inches long from shoulder seam to bottom of dress. 18 inches across laying flat, underarm to underarm. 15 inches across waist, laying flat. 17 ½ inches across hip area, laying flat. 22 inch sleeve length, from shoulder seam to bottom of sleeve. *Reasonable offers welcome 😊
