Vintage Peacock Dress

Neslay peacock and floral dress in medium. Dress is polyester and has some stretch to it. Has capped sleeves and attached belt. There's a small side zipper. Dress has been worn a couple of times. The white band has stressed stitching all around from wear (see photo for example). Measurements lying down: chest 18.5", length 42", waist 15.5"
