Blue boxy fit cropped blouse with lace detail and drawstring neckline. Can be worn across the shoulders or tight around the neck. 1960s or 70s. Tag has been cut out of it. My guess is size large, but could be worn loose fitting by someone who typically wears a small or medium. Short sleeves with elastic and ruffle around the armholes. 23 inches wide at hem. 15 inches pit to hem. Total length about 24 inches. Bust (pit to pit) about 23 inches.
