Vintage Pencil Skirt

Please review measurements carefully. VTG size 4P, but would best fit a modern 2/24" P Waist: 12" Length: 32" Hip: 17.5" I'm 5'8" and it hits at mid shin for me. Definitely below the knee. A great vintage staple with quality craftsmanship that adds class and style to any look!
