Vintage Pencil Skirt and Matching Bolero - 1940s

ADORABLE matching pencil skirt and bolero. Authentic vintage, probably 40's? No tags, so homemade or tailor-made! Beautifully tailored. Beautiful detail around the edge of bolero. Slightly puffed sleeves. Three hook closures. Fits approx like a 2-4. Skirt waist to hem: 27" Skirt waist: 14.5" Bolero Pit to Pit: 19" Missing a couple of snaps on wrists and one hook on waist. About 7 small holes in skirt (probably moths?) that hopefully you could tidy up. Make me an offer!
