Vintage Peplum Feather Blouse

Beautiful 80's does 40's peplum short-sleeve top with feathers and glitter accent. Laying flat, 15" waist and 19" pit to pit. Good for a modern small or medium. A lot of the glitter is gone, but otherwise in good vintage condition. No stretch. Tag says "Impeccable by Ricky Freeman." Machine wash delicate. Not sure material. Item may be cross posted.
