Vintage Periwinkle Dress

Periwinkle dress with buttons and elegant lace collar details. This dress is a great choice for a semi-formal or formal occasion. Simple yet elegant. It has slight padding in the shoulders and a cute band in the back that helps give the dress some shape. The buttons have a pearl sheen, but I do believe they are plastic. There is a tiny hole on the back of the dress (see the last photo).
