Vintage Perlie copper strap dress with jacket, size 40

Copper/metallic color long dress with beaded straps and side zip. Matching over-jacket has long sleeves and is missing 1 of the 2 buttons, otherwise it's in great shape. Has an underlay with a René Lezard tag. Dress is 51" long, zipper is long - 16.5" on the left side. Tag says size 40. I am 5'8" and it fits great except the bust is too small for me (I'm a C cup); looks like it could be taken out.
