furfiberfun It looks like a rare natural color 'karakul sur' coat. The sur color is a brownish hue. Much rarer then black or white. The moth damage? or depilation? and the rip should be easy fixes for a competent furrier. If the leather is delicate, it should be worn by a very small (thin) human, to avoid stressing the seams. Great find!
