Vintage Peter Popovich novelty skirt size M/L

In excellent vintage condition Peter Popovich novelty skirt. 1970s. Fun tulip print. Panel construction with print lined up. Expensive way to make a skirt and only done on high end items of clothing. Button front with tie belt. Does allow for a slightly adjustable fit. Aline and knee length. Marked a vintage large but probably best for 8/10. Please refer to measurements. Waist measures 15" across and length of skirt is 27". First pic is for styling inspiration.
