Super cute vintage Peter Popovitch crinkle fabric skort with multicolored peekaboo short. Outer layer is purple with shorts in the back and a skirt in the front. The front skirt section buttons up over top of teal, cream, orange, purple, and brown striped shorts. No stretch (aside from the crinkle). Has pockets! Scrunch elastic in the back of the waistband. No fabric tag, possibly Rayon. Some light fading along the waistband and pockets (see last photo).
