Vintage Petite Plaid Skirt. Brand is "The Villager" Petite. Black and white with red and blue details. Buttons/zips at waist and has pockets. Size tag says 6P, but see measurements in post. It seems to be closer to a 4, so I've tagged it as a Small Petite.
