Vintage Phoebe Floral Dress Women's Size 7-8 New

Vintage Phoebe Dress size 7-8. A beautiful large floral dress with a black and yellow honeycomb design background. Has long sleeves (not quite full length, maybe bracelet length), and pleated shoulders with shoulder pads. You can cut the shoulder pads out if desired. The upper bodice of dress is raised/puffed above the waist on the front, and has loose flowy pieces on the back. Material on the back is attached at the top and flows loose to the waist. Unsure how to best describe, hopefully you can see the unique style in the pictures. Hidden back zipper. Slight pleated in the dropped waist skirt. Vintage Sizing Size 7-8 PTP approx. 20" Waist approx. 13.5" (at seam) Length approx. 47.5" Still has the original store tag.
