Vintage Phyllis Brooch, Art Deco, 12K Gold Filled, Blue Green Rhinestones

Gorgeous Phyllis stamped 12K gold filled brooch with blue-green colored and clear rhinestones on a gold color base in the shape of a Pinwheel with a central Flower. Art deco style. Marked with the designer "Phyllis" on the back, and "120 12K GF". All stones still in tact. It is about 1 3/4 inches across. In excellent condition. Has clasp on back to use as a brooch / pin, as well as a loop so it can be worn as a pendant necklace if you prefer. Beautiful brooch - these are hard to come by, and very unique!
