Light and breathable 100% cotton. Excellent condition, no real signs of wear (just that it has been worn and washed). Can be worn with, or without, matching tie belt. Elastic waistband (elastic still stretchy). Tag says "small", but I am also listing as an "extra small" as vintage runs small and it visually looks extra small!
