Vintage Piggy Bank - Boy In Newsboy Hat - Signed 1951 - Size 11×3 Inches

I am guessing this is vintage, it sure looks like it is. However, on the bag the boy is holding, it has a signature with the date 51.' I'm assuming that could be the artist ad the year it was made. It does have an older look to it. Either way it's a good price and can be used as a functional child's piggy bank as that was it's original purpose or it can be added to a collection or sat in a display cabinet.
