Vintage Pink Cotton Balletcore Ruffled Blouse

A very cute vintage top! With the ruffles, subtle darting down the front, and puffed sleeves, it is feminine and waist-slimming. Seriously, this is very flattering and that is due to its solid construction. There is no brand label but there is a faint label for the ILGWU (the international Ladies Garment Worker Union); this was probably made in the USA from 100% cotton in the ‘90s, based on the appearance of that label and the feel of the fabric. The details are great — the flower-shaped buttons, white piping, ruffled neck and hem. Condition is good. The size is a vintage large, so a modern medium/small. It never fit me across the bust quite right (bust and shoulders were always a bit too tight), and I am a 34DD for reference. Slight imperfection on the right side which was there when I bought it.
