Vintage Pink Girl Dress

In excellent vintage condition with no major flaws to note, except for a small pull on the white collar (please see photos). Color is pink and white with floral embroidery on the collar. Love the pleated detailing around the dress and the ruffled sleeves. There is no size tag but please see measurements in photos. Based on the measurements, likely fit 3/4 year old. Bin M
