Super fun vintage made in USA polka dot dress. Has 4 buttons on back, pockets, and matching belt. The waist has elastic that starts at sides of front panel and wraps around the back. Small slit in the center back of skirt bottom. Some discoloration on inside neckline, not visible when worn. Size 2P.
