Vintage pink and white dress with peplum accented elastic waist. Appears to be handmade. Small shoulder pads and button accented sleeves. Cowl neck. Excellent vintage condition. Some of the shine has worn off the buttons. Probably would best fit a M-L. Measurements laying flat: Bust: 20” Waist: 10.5-20” Hips: 24” Length: 41”
