Hi Louie- I measured about 19” across when the jacket is buttoned and about 20” unbuttoned. It has been stored so it got damaged but I thought maybe the discoloration can be covered w/ some pretty lace or something. It also has a belt. I’ll add a picture as soon as I can! I never wore it and now it doesn’t fit.
