Vintage Pixelated Floral Print Fit & Flare Dress

Pre owned in good condition. No stains, snags, or holes. The elastic in the waist has lost some of its stretch (see pic #5 of the way the dress falls when not pinned back). Also this dress no longer has its original belt. Cut the loops off or throw on a new belt. This tiered vintage beauty deserves to be worn.
