Originally thrifted, found in the 70s - 80s section of a vintage thrift store. Waistline of dress is stretchy and can stretch to fit a 28” waist. Tag says it’s a size 10 but it fits like a small so I’ve indicated that sizing on this listing. Original price is a guess of what I paid for it at the thrift store.
