Vintage Plaid Pleated Mini Skirt

Vintage pleated mini skirt in purple tartan, appears to be from the 70s. Tag says Modiano size 13 - waist measures a little more than 14in laid flat (please see photos) which is closer to a modern size 8. In excellent condition with no stains or tears! The tag is a little faded.
