Vintage Plaid Skirt size 10 RARE

EUC Zip and button closure ❗️‼️This feels like wool, but the tag says acrylic this has been loosely hemmed it can be taken down to add more length or not. Please see photos for measurements and details. It says it’s a size 10 but it’s a very tiny “10” as you can see from the waist measurements.
