Vintage Plaid Skirt with button up back & pockets

Beautiful original vintage skirt. Size is listed as a 13 but fits a US 2. Buttons up the back. Does have 2 small stains, shown in photos. Has been washed and treated and these stains will not come out, just FYI. Really not noticeable when wearing as the skirt is flowy.
