Vintage Plaid Wool Skirt

This adorable vintage tartan skirt is styled like a traditional Scottish kilt with a fringed edge running along the side, but has all the functionality of a skirt! The wrap is sewed down the length of the skirt as you can see in the third image, so no risk of flashing!! There are no tags (probably handmade), but the skirt feels like it is made of wool.
