Vintage retro plaid/tartan pleated skirt. Very 90s grunge/goth style but can also be schoolgirl/preppy. Colors are amazing. Pleats are well done. Has invisible zipper in back but can also be shifted to side - doesn’t make a difference. Plaid matched up well. Made in USA. A tiny flaw along top as pictured but overall great preowned quality.
