Vintage Plaza South Nautical Dress Pleats Buttons Thin Shoulder Pads Sz 12

This is a gorgeous streamlined high quality vintage dress out of the '80s I believe. I know that as a young adult in the '80s I dressed in dresses like this. You can tell it's quality once you get your hands on it with all the covered buttons, tons of them, and hidden snaps at the collar and the waist. The back waist has a wide elasticized band so that it has a flex fit. The shoulder pads are thin instead of the really thick ones making it much easier to wear or you can remove them if you don't like them. That's what I always did It says size 12 but pay attention to the measurements but could also fit a size 10 I believe. It will not fit the size 14. It is a midi
