Vintage Pleated Mini Skirt

Very playful vintage pleated white skirt. The brand name on the tag reads “Collection Chalice”—too old or too obscure to yield any internet search results. I’m guessing this piece is around 40 years old. The adjacent tag is completely worn bare of any text. There are a few stains that appear to be water-marks from storage. I bought this piece intending to dye it a soft blue, but have never found the time! Fabric: feels like polyester, nylon lining Sizing: tight 24” waist, 18” length
