Vintage Pleated Red Capris

Vintage 1980s bright bright red Capri pants Seem to be high waisted with cute pleated One pocket is a faux pocket and the other one is real however held shut by Velcro - the was added by the wardrobing department of Alabama Shakespeare Festival fyi Seem like great condition to me - it’s may come off as a little piling but I think that’s actually part of the fibers of the material… it seems to be mimicking raw silk but it’s probably actually a poly blend Vintage sz 8 please check measurements too
