Vintage Pleated Skirt

Beautiful vintage pleated skirt. Color in person more of a wine. Tried to include different pictures in different lighting. Length laying flat- 23in Waist- approximately 14 in laying flat. The tag says size 8 but I normally wear a 4 or small in skirts and felt this skirt runs small. Worn it a couple of times, just a bit too tight for me. Beautiful flow to it. Dry clean only 100% worsted wool. Not lined but material thick enough to wear on it own.
